What we collect

When you use AIHumanizer, we collect your account information (name, email) and the text or documents you submit for scanning or rewriting. When you upload a PDF, DOCX, or TXT file, we extract the readable text and store that extracted text along with the file name — we do not keep the original file.

How your content is used

Uploaded text and documents are used solely to provide the services you request: AI detection scans and humanizer rewrites. Your content is private to your account. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train our own models.

Third-party AI processing

To produce scan results and rewrites, your submitted text is processed by third-party AI providers through configured APIs (currently OpenRouter). These providers receive the text you submit but not your account details. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Your responsibilities

Please do not upload content you do not have the rights to process, including confidential material belonging to others.

Administrative access

Administrators avoid viewing user content unless it is needed for support or debugging, and access is limited to what is necessary to resolve the issue.

Data retention and deletion

Your scan history and rewrite history remain available in your account until you delete them. You can delete individual scans and rewrite jobs from your history pages at any time.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We store your subscription status and a Stripe customer reference, but we never see or store your full card details.
